Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, New Look Windows and Doors is entirely devoted to ensuring the complete safety of our customers and team members. New safety measures have been introduced for this matter.
We continue to monitor this situation and are collaborating with the requests and recommendations of Canadian public health officials. The safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. During this time, all in-person interactions will be taken with extra precaution, such as:
- – The immediate implementation of workplace sanitation protocols. All team members are required to wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival to, and upon departure from our office, our warehouse, and the home of a customer.
- – Applying social distancing to ensure that the distance between our team members amongst themselves, as well as amongst customers, is always at least two meters.
- – Avoiding handshakes and limiting any personal contact. Any shared equipment or materials must be thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant wipes before and after use.
Despite this difficult time, we are carrying on with our operations as usual, and continuing to provide the best and safest possible service to our customers:
IN-HOME APPOINTMENTS remain available and will continue as per usual. Our sales team will make sure to take extra precautions during these meets by sanitizing hands upon arrival to a customer’s home, limiting personal contact, and following the social distancing guidelines of Canadian public health officials.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS regarding your window and door replacement needs have been implemented. If you are not comfortable with an in-home meet at this time, feel free to contact us to schedule a virtual appointment, free of charge.
SHOWROOMS will remain open by appointment only, as per provincial health orders.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION has recently been permitted by the Ontario government, and will resume according to its regular schedule. If our production or delivery timelines are at all impacted, we will inform customers immediately. We will also reschedule installations for customers who request to postpone.
